Mine's 160 a month with 1000/1000 deductibles... No point in doing $500 deducts, because $ in the bank earns enough interest to pay for the extra 500 if something were to occur...

I'm 23 and live in Phoenix. 2006 Evo IX gsr. I pay $253/m with a clean driving record. Thats with Progressive. I've shopped arround, they are the lowest. State Farm quoted me at $830 per month for the same plan. Ha, they said they could get it in the $700's if I switched my med insurece too! CRAZY!

--Thats right..... I did say $830 a month

since beginning of this year location does not determine the insurance price anymore. it is all based on your record and other factors....just not location.

~$400/month. Two points (one speeding in an old car and an accident. Both in 05) on record. Turning 25. One more year and it's off my record and my insurance goes back down to a normal rate.

Ohhh, I wish it was true. But you are wrong. Your zip code definitely determines insurance cost in addition to your age, driving record, etc. If you live in a crime ridden zip code of the inner city, even if the neighborhood is actually quite safe, you'll pay much higher rates that if you live in the lilly white 'burbs. If you add to that a few tickets or accidents and you are male, single and young, you are toast!
In my case, even being married and old does noy help much...

I pay $111 per month for two cars. It's nice to be older and have a family.

I hear ya man, once my wife turns 25, we get rid of our two tickets, and own a house I think we'll be paying even cheaper than 108/mo, but you never know- the darndest things will up the premium- especially your zipcode.

I am 30, and I was more or less forced to sell the evo when (for no reason) my insurance went up to $295 per mo. I have no accidents, no tickets in 7 years, nothing, It went from 170ish up to $295???? So I sold it.

My insurance for my 13 sec, 200 hp 1973 datsun 510?

$14.63 per month with a $250 deductable and 300/500 across the boards....

gotta like that

I miss the evo, but I like my savings account...aaahhh trade offs
