Alittle bubble around the dot matrix stuff will happen. but if its a good reputiable shop then like where i got my lancer done at, they have a tool that grinds away the dot matrix on the window.
Since i sold that car i need to get some tint on my new car.

give it a couple of more days to dry and then take it back if it's still there.

 

mine is that way to just not as bad, i forgot about it personally
