There's a certain indefinable "quality" about flashy, rally-derived Japanese sedans. Those big air scoops, the ostentatiously over-sized rear wings, the jumbo rims... it all just screams "steal me!" Evidently Mitsubishi thinks their Evo IX is theft-worthy, too, as demonstrated by this promotional video. Seems their security personnel are too preoccupied watching rally footage to notice one of their street machines being stolen – spy-flick style – right out from under their noses.

then when i took it in for warranty work the guy said i need to take it easy, judging by the way my tires are worn it looks like its been driven aggressively..

i told him to go f*** himself, and unless something is modified to show me where it says i can push my car to the limits...
