Quick question about flashing
There are mixed opinions about the "need" for a flash after intake mods. The basic argument is that there are lean spots in the stock map that get worse when you mod the intake.
The "need" for a re-flash would really depend on the flash you currently have. If it is slightly on the lean side, the open air filter might make your car run a little leaner which could be trouble.
I'd say if you are tuned around 11:1 or 11.5:1, you don't need a re-flash. If you are leaner than that, or if you were tuned to around 11.5:1 in the summer, it would be safer to get a re-flash.
