your vacuum lines to your solenoid could be backwards and or reset your ecu by disconnecting the negative battery for 30 seconds . 90% sure your lines are backwards.

You can't run different lines, dude. Ot only the stock OEM hoses work for the stock boost system. You HAVE to use the original lines or get new ones from Mitsu. I also doubt it's 15psi. It's probably 11-12 psi, which is base wastegate pressure. If your gauge says 15psi, it's probably off.

Also, yes, your clutch is gone.

Ok, why don't new lines work. Like even if you run them EXACTLY like the stock ones they won't work. That is sooooooooo confusing please explain.

It's not confusing. This is old news, man. The OEM hoses have 2 restrictor pills in them that allow the ECU to control boost through the Boost Control Solenoid. Without them, the boost system doesn't work - it just runs base wastegate pressure.

but i decided to get a mail-in M1 Flash by jestr Tuning that suggests removing the restricter pills. Will this solve the issue?

It should not say to remove the restrictor PILLS - it should say to remove ONE pill. Relying on a removed restrictor pill to control boost through the ECU is a hack job, imo. You should just get an MBC and set your boost where you want it. Removing the one pill makes it spike higher, but it also makes it a little erratic, and you have no direct control over it. JMO, but it's been proven on dynographs - you can see the boost fluctuate and not be linear. Regardless, you don't remove BOTH pills - that wouldn't make sense.

+10

You must use stock lines with the pills in them.
You are seeing wastegate pressure which is 14-15lbs.
Reuse the stock lines. If you don't have them anymore you need to
order new lines with the pills in them.
