rally cat rattles like crazy!!!!

I just went from having a test pipe to the road race rally cat and I was very happy...now the bolt underneath doesn't hit my catback anymore and rattle but now I hear more rattling I think from the heat shield on cat to the heatshield gaurding underneath the car....am I going to have to live with this or can I somehow adjust the exhaust? Anyone else experiencing this!!!? Its worse when I turn the wheel to make a turn and gas it a little....thanks

My main question is...how much play should be in the exhaust....a lot or a little? It literaly sounds like my exhaust is falling off.

the build tolerance on the rally cat could be off a little bit. And this can cause the exhaust, rally cat to rattle against the heatshield or rear diff area.

Take the rally cat off and give it a few shakes. Something might be loose inside.

Also, Kart Boy exhaust bushings work wonders. My aftermarket exhaust is heavier than stock (2 silencers) and the stiffer bushings help it from dropping/rattling.

My RRE 'rattle'-cat was making a god awful diesel tapping sound at idle and moving from a stop.
Took it off and noticed the inner resonator pipe came loose. Shaking it you can really hear the rattle.
