Had same thing with my cat-back, and cat. Put in cat-delete, all problems gone. I know, not much help, but something to think about

 

What happened when you contacted RRE? .. or have you?

Mine rattles too.. I found out that its the heat shield on the exhaust thats loose... what should I do..

It is most likely the heatshield of the rally cat rubbing on the heatshield above. I just put my stock cat in and that thing rubs like crazy. Kartboy hangers MIGHT solve this problem. My exhaust at the downpipe moves all around.
