I know I can afford dyno tune. I'm also planning on going to the track...... I'm still collecting my parts for the tune (After latest talks, my Evo is parked before eveything is together and ready for the dyno tune).

That's how it works. /flameoff

PS. Have you not ever looked at my sig for this info?
So according to your sig. I should be good for over 330whp?

Stg 1 = ~300whp
Cams = ~30whp
Total = ~330whp (Dynojet)

If it's flameable question, then no flaming plz....
1. learn how to spell Buschur
2. with those mods, usually see around 330-360 on a dynojet, so if u break 300 on Buschur's dyno thats good.
3. i would say with a serious driver, low 12 easy.

Don't get disappointed by my guess but I highly doubt you'll make over 300whp on Buschur's dyno. I had the same types of mods as you with the exception of 264's and I made 263 and ran a 12.8 @ 108. My guess is you'll make between 270 - 280 on pump. I hope you get more but very few 03's EVO's saw more then 300 without adding alky/meth or a larger turbo on that dyno. It's a heartbreaker! But just to make you feel a little better, your car will feel like a beast if it makes between 270-280 on that dyno.

Good luck!
