Hit and Run!!!
Mace the crazy hoe!
I would have followed her home walked up her drive way and punched her in the throat... but the brick idea seems good too. But I'm not all there upstairs. Kudos on getting the cops involved. I guess you can only hope she'll put up a fight and deny everything and the cops will have to mace and tazer her. Here's to hoping!!!

I just want my car back to normal, and not on my dime.
happened to me before, except i was parked and not around my car at the time it happened. luckily i have some good friends that saw it and reported license plates to me and the cops had a good time with that one. g/l with getting back to normal.
Update:
I received a copy of the police report, and the woman was not charged with anything but "failure to drive right." Fortunately, it's enough to make her insurance pay for my damage--although as anyone that's been in this situation knows, the hassel and frustration associated with getting the work done goes above and beyond the payment you receive.
I hate to say it, but it suddenly makes running from an accident seem like a good idea. If you're at fault, and have a feeling it won't be chocked up to hit and run, why not?
Ah well, here's to getting my baby repaired...I'll keep ya posted.
