83 miles here. No ill effects have been shown so far. My wife drove it home from the dealer (no, she did not crash into any houses) while I drove the Galant VR-4 right behind her. I have driven the car since then as I always plan to drive it. I will keep everyone posted on it's progress. Currently there are 3,030 miles on my Tarmac Black, again, with no apparent ill effects from me or anyone else who may have drove it in it's first 83 miles.

I think the cars entire purpose is to be driven hard from the ground up and won't make too much difference how the car is so called "broken in".
