I just went and signed a buyers agreement on a new silver EVO, I noticed the car had 20 miles on it when I started it. My salesman claims thats related to distance from port to dealership. Does 20 seem high to anyone here?

they don't drive it from port to dealership, ask for a discount!

 

Sounds like the PDI mechanic had a fun time with it. Mine had 5 miles on it.

I honestly wont buy anything that has more than 10 miles on it.
my budy picked up his white evo with 10 miles on it.

A dealership I went to had 35 miles on their showrrom floor moidel and one with 19 miles. I was MAD

Anyhow, the salesman tried to have my buddy buy what he had...

I'd say demand one with the least amount of miles possible.

3 miles for me too. They don't drive the cars from the port, they're loaded onto a semi. It's more than likely been over-extensively PDI'd and/or test driven and I'm relatively sure people who test drive Evo's don't just take them for a light Sunday drive. I'd either attempt to get a different Evo from the dealership or a small discount or at least have them throw in a few of the dealer options at no charge.

So hard to find silver evos around here im tempted to take it.... but an improperly broken in engine will prob never be right.
