Plugs?

I just bought my IX SE and for some reason I am missing the plugs circled below. Do I have to purchase them from the stealership? Why the hell are they not there? BTW, this is not my car.

That's what I thought. I just checked the front tag mount bag and there was nothing there. I still want to know why they would not be there.

the stealership is trying to STEAL it, go back and tell them to give u some, i don't know if they need to order it or what, since is painted to match the car.
