This look like it going to really remove a lot of false alarms with the GPS feature.

Hmm, the variable speed sensitivity is a really good idea. But I'm still not going to give up my V1 any time soon.

huh. I was just thinking to myself "when are they going to come out with something new.

I had the SOLO 2 but my EX somehow broke it???

i have the 8500 x50.... its been working for me very well...

i think when it comes to radar detectors its all about the area your in... people in my area do well with both valentine and x50. but in tampa area the x5o is better. then over in lakeland and orlanda the valentine worked better

all the same ****...

dude, i just got my x50 not long ago... this suck.. it look sweet though, but it just kind of add on the futh of the vol V1.. don't really see the point of this thing

Some really cool features. I like that ambient speed thing and the speed warning (since one of my speeding tickets was due for not realizing how fast I was going). I'll just have to wait until V1 upgrades to something similar so I can send mine in. +1 for V1 upgrade/replacement plan.

They can also do that with lojack systems, but i doubt they would. If they ever do something like that I can see them getting in big trouble.
