When you hooked up the stock solenoid did you use the stock vac hoses that you origianlly took off? And I mean the exact same ones that came on the car from the factory. They have some restrictor pills in them I believe and if you don't use them when you go back to stock it may not work right. Just my idea. Check on that, plus just go over everything and make sure it is all hooked up right.

yea im using the stock lines. but the line that goes to the intake im not using i put a cap on the solenoid and a cap on the intake. so its just the one line that splits into two. plus i was tuned for 22 psi so i dont have that restrictor pill

Try taking the cap off, and running the line from the intake to the solenoid. I have no idea if that will help but it is worth a try. That 8 psi is pretty low.

You're seeing base wastegate pressure, which means the boost system is not functioning. Usually, that's caused by installing the lines improperly - you need the restrictor pills in the right places to hit the right boost.

If your stock boost lines have been modified, or the pills have been moved, you could buy a new set from the dealer. They should be pretty cheap. Probably around $40.
