off topic, can something elaborate on this anti-lag, i would like to understand how it works. ive seen a video of a car with it was able to spin all 4 tires and take off hard with a 3,500rpm launch with the antilag.

but i have no idea what it is, or whats goin on. thanks

Are you sure he didnt just blow the turbo up? Sitting on the stock turbo for more than 4-5 pops is never a good idea for the turbo seals.

 

How can you guys have huge turbo kits, and every mod done to thier cars and not know that the factory 2step builds boost. All you have to do is watch your gauge.. the first bounce sends it to like 5ps, 2nd pop sends it to like 7psi and finally the 3rd pop sends it to like 9psi in some cases. its not a very gradual increase of boost, infact it actually looks quite awkward but it does.

 

IIRC, there was a thread on evom a while back stating that it was bad to '2 step' on the Evo with whatever the car came with.
