Buschur, of course. That's where we all get it done - send them to Buschur.

PS. Don't bother porting/coating the o2 housing - just get an aftermarket SS o2 housing for cheap. They've been tested to make much more power than the ported stocker, but the hotside and manifold are a good idea to keep stock.

Airborne Coating they are located in Connecticut. I had 3 set of headers/pipes/housings done there without any complications.

Airborne coating does gasket-matched porting on Evo components?

No dis-credit to Buchur racing, but isn't it cheaper to have the part sent directly to Jet Hot to have them coated? I'm curious because I'm having some of my stuff coated soon and want to find the cheapest way. I do however want the genuine Jet Hot coating not an immitation. Does Buschur offer this service cheaper when you have your parts ported by them?

Blue, you and the other guy are forgetting the porting. The OP asked about PORTING and COATING, not just coating. The porting is more important than the coating, so why not do them both at once?

Yeah I want my stuff ported as well. I was thinking of having Buschur port my manifold, hotside and stock o2 housing then sending them to Jet Hot once I receive them back. I also wanted the black coating though and I only see the silver on thier site?

I also wanted to know how the ebay O2 housings are holding up. I know they make more power than the stock piece ported, but they haven't been around long have they? I'm just worried about having to replace it in a few years because the welds broke where as the stock cast piece will be good as long as I have the car. Being a Toyota mechanic I hate working on my own car more than I have to so I would rather use wichever part has more longevity.

No failures reported on the SS O2 housings yet. I've had mine for 1.5 years with tons of racing with no issues other than my DP bolts fused into the SS, so I had to fix that when I switched my TBE, but no problems with the housing itself cracking or anything. Is it really a problem to replace such a cheap part in a few years if it makes that much more power? If it bothers you that much, then you can stick with stock, but that's a pretty simple thing to replace.

I asked Buschur about black, too, because I hate shiny bling in my engine bay, but he said the black coating was not as effective, so I took his advice and went with what's best.

Not quite true, but close enough.

I've noticed a slew of differnt places to get them, Buschur seems to be one of the most popular around here.
