ight so ive narrowed it down to the area of the problem.. there was water under the kick panels located near my left foot. i dont know how water got there but it did. i would turn the key and smoke would come from the connectors. just turning the key to the on position w/o starting it. the winsheild washer pump would turn on. i guess i just have to let them dry.
