+1 on that i had a autometer gauge that was showin 24psi on boost...swapped it out for a stewart warner and showed 18-19psi thats more like it

i can second that as well, and even though it only shows 20 psi on certain modles, it still wont stop at 20, it will go to around 25 psi, theres just no number there to so you have to look close and be careful

no when i say the boost was turned up, i mean that the gauge was pinned at 20 before i was 1/2 throttle...i know what 20psi feels like...i just turned it down 2 more clicks and on the way to work im going to see if it comes down a bit...thanks for all the feedback and i will get the real numbers on saturday.....personally i didnt think you could spin 1st and 2nd on really dry road........ive been driving clutch for 2 years....

let us know what numbers you get after tune, im running similar mods on my 9. try not to get too crazy with that mbc haha.

20psi is nothing bad dude, im running 23 daily on 93 oct. now if you go any higher then 20 with your mods becareful. cause you shouldnt

um to be honest, i have no idea, but to give you an idea the needle on the boost gauge would pin to 20 before 1/2 throttle...im not sure how high the "forge" mbc can turn your boost up to (psi wise)..im guessing atleast 30psi...but im not sure, i dont want to give faulse theory's. i will post the whp/wtq numbers later on saturday.

i would turn the mbc down to 18 psi, from there slowly turn it up to 19 till you are tuned

thats exactly what i did, i just turned it down 2 full clicks and it spikes at 19 and holds 18 steady to redline...

gotta get rid of this autometer gauge...it sux!!!! anyone have a good gauge for sale? pm me!

I've got an HKS EVC for $200 if your interested. It has a digital readout and is very accurate.

yah, 24psi for me with all the boltons i have= no good..lol...got 2 days untill the tuning....any predictions on whp/wtq numbers?
