I bought some aluminum bar from Home Depot and had a shop weld it on the top. Cost only like $20.

thoses are all ams copyies and all work great. i just got mine for $150 shiped
all of them have the correct mounting positions except for the last one you listed. that one is an ams copy but does not have any mounting points
