I think the SMG would be very interesting in an EVO.


the STI sunroof should be an option like the EVO then you can add it or delete it. To have no choice is a mistake and I'd like to see the percentage of EVO's that DO and DO NOT have the sunroof.

Personally for me as a street car I want a sunroof in my EVO. I'd also be willing to bet that on a track a good driver would win every time...sunroof or no sunroof.

I'm not sure what series you're racing in but by the time you add the cage and other safety stuff I doubt the weight of the roof would make much difference at all even if it is high above the center of gravity. Perhaps in a series where the margins are 10ths and the drivers are that close it would make a difference but I think it's silly to think that in a drag race or even most Solo/autocrosses it will make any difference at all. Either way as far as a sunroof or anything else you get what you want and I'll get what I want. I think the point here was having it as an "option".

 

Exactly! It's all about the options. and along with
Cruise Control
Sequential Manual Transmission
add -> 6 speed transmission

That with a sunroof and Wing, I'll be ready to buy. maybe 2004? Fingers Crossed.
