Does anyone have any credible information as to when the Evo is going to be redesigned? I'm planning on buying one tomorrow and i need to keep it for at least five years so i would hope that the design stays somewhat fresh.

 

it'll be different before 5 years is up... what are you gonna do...? things change man...

they the VIII will be timeless... hell the V, VI, & VII all still look good...

 

i realize things change, and i can deal with it just fine. I just dont want to buy the car and find out it is being redesigned in a year.

 

If you look at Mitsu's history they usually do a facelift every two years or so. And a complete over-haul about every four years or so. Not 100% fact though. but pretty close.

 

I suspect the Evo IX won't be around until 2005.
