that connects to the sensor that came with the gauge. that runs to your exhaust to get your wideband reading. your wideband gauge shows a reading only to show that there is power to the gauge itself. you need to purchase the bosche sensor that connects to the gauge. it will plug right in

Also if there is no sensor on ur car, chances are there is'nt a spot for it. Your going to need a o2 bung and have it welded on your down pipe.
The previuos owner probably had a aftermarket down pipe and had it tapped in to there. He probably put the stock downpipe back on when he sold it, that why you dont have a sensor now.
Does that sound right? do you have a stock down pipe on there?

Also, you may need to make sure it is grounded properly, if it is not grounded properly it will do that, or you have a in/out power source. Mine did that when my power wire was a little loose.

you can run it in either the rear o2, which is too far away to get an accureat reading, or you weld in a new one about 15-18 inches past the turbo....recommended by all wideband sellers.

Ok well that will be easy then. order a 02 bung too. when you go to find a spot to weld that 02, make sure u put ur down pipe on the car when u mark it, cause there is a couple spots on that DP where that sensor would of hit things. If i get time i can take pics where mine is.
