Dark oily substance all down the side of the Evo...???

Why don't you try washing your car and the tires and NOT using tire shine to see if that is the problem?

Tire shine for sure I think. Some kinds of tire shine will do that more than others. I have had that on my car.

Could be the combination of brake dust and tire shine. If you get tire shine on any part of your wheel the brake dust may stick to it then fly off.

Definitly Tire shine, if you use the strong kind its like that. because i did it and it happen to me also LOL. so yeah get the foam spray if you want the tire shine bnot to splatter all over your door. You can foam it after washing your cash and wait like 1 minute and your good too go. And it work reallllllllllllllllllllll nice.
