I agree with everyone else, far from being totalled. Doesn't look like any frame damage or anything, just cosmetic.

 

They'll fix that. I've seen worse be fixed. That looks totally cosmetic.

Good news...it aint totaled. Check out my thread that I posted "rear ended a cop in an evo!" I will get the car back in a day or two....$12k worth of damage, but the car is immpecable now!

Man I don't know what his situation was but, I hope his insurance covers it. I wrecked my Evo about 2 weeks ago I lost control going over a patch of ice n snow going down a 2 lane road. I tried to correct it but no good the brakes locked up and the car slide and slam into the back of a mini van. NOthing happened to the mini van but the front of my car kinda got smashed in I had a busted headlight, bent hood, smashed in radiator and it was leaking coolant but, no frame damage thank God. It's gonna cost over 12gs to repair the damages...I felt like I lost my right leg that's how much I love that car..All is well though it's being repaired as we speak and when it's done it's gonna look like a beast. It's new name is gonna be called the Evo 8/9
