Crashed my car into frozen snow
Well, I didn't exactly crash it, it was more of a brush. The messed part was that this happened the day after I returned from a trip to Florida, I drove my Evo there and back, over 2K miles, plus driving in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail blows, silly 1.8Ts with BOVs). Anyway, I did not have a single issue, and there were some close calls, 10+ hours driving at time, and then I get to drive into my driveway and I do this. Damn, I was so pissed.
See pics:

The appraisal came out to be 755 for bumper, 20 for the mitsu emblem, 35 for the shield, and 388 for the oil cooler. Total cost of parts, paint plus labor comes out to be 1739. I am not exactly sure if the small cooler looking part with the bent fin is the oil cooler, can you guys confirm, I am not sure what it is.

If its any comfort, I did the same **** making a u-turn, hit a snow bank, (turning radius is awesome with evos). Same side too, I only messed up the bottom lip and undertray, (oil cooler and licp are fine) and maybe a half inch crack going up from where the undertray and lip fasten in. I figure now that that side is open, I get a nice stream off cold air straight to the oil cooler
I have those same pieces you pictured sitting right next to me lol.
I wouldnt replace that oil cooler, looks fine

Yep thats the oil cooler. Doesn't look too bad. I've crushed the oil cooler on my rallycross/autocross car plenty and it survives. Make sure you have oil pressure though. And no leaks.
