check with the other vehicle's insurance company if they will warranty the TC. The manual says any accidental damage is not covered. Even my lexus and honda have the same clause.
Thats not a wreck !
I hate to tone down your thread man.
But dont feel too bad.....
This is a wreck !! :_(

And no I wasnt speed. I was making a right on to a major road and a lady in a F-150 hit me doing what I think was some good speed.
I got the ticket for "running the stop sign".
YA OK Officer.
So dont feel too bad you will get your car back. Mine is DEAD.

Man so sorry to see that.
I had a similar damage to my Evo and it was around 4k
hope they fix it soon for you. I know the Kia sucks but it's a whole lot better than the Hyundai I had to drive while mine was in the shop!
Oh and just some advice inspect the hell out of your car when you pick it up from the body shop. If you can when you drop it off have them document the condition of your car so if they do anything to it while it's there your covered, the idiots at mine put my bumper in my back seat while it was waiting to be worked on and the scratched the hell outta the back of my Recaro's and would not pay to have them replaced but did pay an upolstry guy to dye the scratch's
better than nothing and I did not have the money to sue them and I could not prove they did it because I had not had them inspect the car before hand I stupidly trusted them not to mess my car up. Also inspect the hardware they use, my shop did not put back more than half of the under tray plastic clips and the clips they did put back in where for a Honda and barley fit, same with the inner fendor bolts.
Best of luck I hope they fix it back like new and you dont have a headache like me...
