i was in the same situation too, I had money for Some CCW wheels or a nice turbo kit. I opted to buy the ccw's and put the turbo kit on hold until my car is either paid off or the warranty expires. I wouldn't want my car to have issue and the car might sit while I am still making payments on it. Or while still under warranty I can still fix the problems that evo's commonly have..

on another hand, since all i have on my car is a turboback, i was thinking of getting Zeitronix, MBC, tune, and maybe fuel pump.

price for both options (option 1: rims, option 2: mods) is about the same.
which option should i go with?
problem is that i'm getting a pretty good deal on SE wheels....and it wont last.

should i get the SE wheels now and wait to do power mods......or make evo faster and stick with stock wheels?

so come on guys WHAT WOULD JESUS DO?!
...and if u cant answer that, what would you do?
you could always powder coat your stock wheels that looks really good on white evos and only cost like $40 a wheel...

painted/power coated VIII wheels

Go with mods man, come back for wheels later. What's the point of having the bling if your car won't move. Don't go civic route, be fast and then look good

lol i to want he bbs wheels really bad. the normal or se ones. but i have stopped myself quite a few times from getting them.

in the long run, i would rather have 1k + in the bank or that money to go towards power mods. i have a tbe, mbc, fp and boost guage, so maybe i will get cams.?

LOL modding is such a chore for me.

if you havent been out to the track yet...then you might want to get some shoes first...personally, i havent driven my evo to its full potential and i thought that what i did in the past was crazy enough...i would get power mods when i can finally fully control the car. although, new tbe would be nice...id still go with rims...what do you want?
