Move out into your own place that has a secure garage for your Evo. Either way, moving out is better in the long run and you can learn how to live independently as well. You wont have anyone telling you what to do etc.

It's not about the car. It's just a symptom of deeper issues. Look beyond the "They don't want me to drive my Evolution" bickering and maybe you'll figure out what really needs to be said.

ahhh my mom calls my cell every night and tells me its not my car and i cant tel her what time im comming home, but since my mom is the ... weaker parent i guess? i can just come home when i want as long as its by city curfew *DAMN CITY @ 1130

but its my dad that makes the hard decisions and as long as i keep cool with him, which i never really talk to him for he is always at work, its cool as hell. Just talk to ur parents,
from one kid to another and having ilke the same thing happen, and i work like 7 hours a week, not 45 by any means, but i make around 600$ *mowing lawns* so i mean, i dont pay for insurance cause they dont ask me too, but would definatly and always offer. I do pay for gas though and whenever i go out. And they respect that i work hard for what i want and dont ask from them and its late and not sure if this is helping, but i just talked with my mom and she isnt as bad any more, and just told her how hard i work and need some time to just kick back and relax and how i pay for whatever i want and could be a bigger **** and ask more all their money.. which i dont..

just want to ruin there fun,but that's not true if you are under the age of 18 we are liable for anything you damage hurt or what ever.. i have seen my friend pay 200,00 dollars because
there son crashed into another vehicle racing. so it's not that they are trying make your day suck or that just don't understand
you,it's we where your age once and we have done the things you do out there and probably thing's you havent thought of yet..
so stay home save your money bite your lip show them that you can be trusted (not saying they dont) show them some respect
for what they have done for you and you'll be suprised hoe much more trust and freedom you will get.. just my 2 cent's

Your father is of Lebanese origin, right? That would explain why you are "bigger" than him.
You dont seem to realize how lucky you are: you live in the USA, you have an Evo and a father and mother who love you. That means that you are wealthier than 99% of the people on this planet and drive a faster car than 99% of the people on this planet.
A friend of mine, whom I went to school with is Lebanese. He wouldnt even DREAM about mouthing off to his parents. He does what he's being told to do, and believe me, he's not unhappy with his life, far from it. He loves his parents and his parents love him. And he hasnt been as lucky as you have: when he was a child and lived in Lebanon, he got half deaf from the sounds of the bombs and wore these big microphones behind his ears. Imagine how hard that is to live with as a young kid in school / high school. Oh, and his father is smaller than him, too
The real problem here seems to stem from the fact that your parents (out of love for you) have been to permissive with you, and now you expect to be able to do whatever you please you because you turned 18 or something. It's a cultural thing I suppose. Although being 18 may give you the right to vote / fight for your country / buy a gun etc., it doesnt mean you can disrespect your parents.
I didnt understand all of this when I was 18 either, but 10 years later I can guarantee you I regret a lot of things I said or did to my parents. And yes, they love you more than anybody else ever will, be it your girlfriend or the people who say they are your friends. You may not understand this today, but you'll find it out one day.

I wouldnt have my car if it wasnt for my father...he did pay the first year BUT now that I took over payments last NOVEMBER he respects me when it comes to the car. He asks me now if he can take my car and 90% of the time I say no...(i need to get around alot for work and etc) and he never gets pissed or anything. I feel that if YOUR Paying for the car...its not right.
they probably think you're smoking pot! i had that problem a long long time ago... mine thought that i was selling/smoking cause i had money for a new car and i always left at night to go drive....
