I have the agency titanium tubro catback with the titanium muffler, Agency down pipe, Walbro pump, Fuel rail, 02 housing, Hallman boost controller, RC 750 cc injectors, and the Forced Performance green turbo and a ACT clutch and flywheel.
The ticket was for loadness. I don't want to give up any of my 376 HP. Has anyone tried a quieter exhust that performs well.

Fujitsubo RM01A is an excellent exhaust and you can get it in Ti...but its kinda expensive. BTW 376 HP or WHP????

 

One of my friends IX made 320+ with basic bolt ons. He is running the tanabe SMH exhaust. Pretty quiet at cruising speeds. You won't get hassled with it here in CA, because it's so quiet.

I would fight it, there are motorcycles that are way louder than our cars and I don't see them getting tickets.

Cant really have power without your car beng loud. You might wanna try tanabe medallion exhaust, it still 3inch but you still might loose 5+whp because of the resonator. Any exhaust that looks like a coffecan will get the attention of cops in California (especially if they're having a bad day).

 

use the stock muffler i am running 439 whp and i am using the stock muffler. here we go first cut open the side that the original pipe goes in inside is a baffle remove it and its cover run a 3 inch pipe in the hole where the original hole is at now what u have to do is get a pipe with a bend and connect to pipe on inside which is already 3 inches and u would never have a problem again. ur welcome. weld cover back on spray with some rust sealent and u are good to go.

You can pm Kc2Buk about a quiet exhaust. There's also another thread on here about a quiet exhaust. Both guys had them custom made. Kc2Buk made 354 or 356whp on idk what kind of dyno with just tbe, bc, intake, reflash. I think his baseline was 265ish whp. Kc's is deep, but quiet, it is only a little louder at idle than stock and I don't remember it being loud when driving it

 

i wouldnt do that. its already true that he has "illegal mods" on his Evo. Just get a more quiet exhaust that will give you same performance or maybe even better.

I thought the ticket was for loud EXHAUST not illegal mods. I would never give in to the COPS. I would take it to court and fight it. Did he even take a picture of the exhaust or write down what kind of exhaust it is? If not change the exhaust and take it to court. F*CK paying a bullsh*t ticket man, like I said THERE ARE MOTORCYCLES that have WAAAYYYYY LOUDER exhaust than ANY EVO and I have never seen one pulled over!!!!! TAKE IT TO COURT!!!!!
