Another Mitsu Warranty thread!!!
I called yesterday and they apologized for not calling and said they thought my friend was relaying all the info!
So anyway, he goes on by saying "we got one thing fixed.....the blend door problem"!! I am thinking wow......1 week and you got 1 thing fixed and dont know anything about the rest!! He is still giving me the run around about only being able to warranty the wheels to the first owner, but needing to call his rep first. I was like dang, you have had a week and still havent called the rep!!! I also let him know I am a certified tech and was previously employed as a technician AND an advisor so I know a lot about the excuses he is giving me! He is supposed to get back on the car pretty serious tomorrow and call me with some answers. I told him if I had to drive all the way up there just to duplicate the concerns that I was going to be pretty upset-AND that I knew I could duplicate every one of them!!! So we will see if that puts any kind of a fire under their tails.........I doubt it, but I had to do something!
Well, I picked up my car last night after they gave me the "we wouldnt find anything" speach. The advisor said he and the tech had driven it and he had a porter driving it
! At that point I was a little upset since I dont drop my 30K dollar evo off for porter's to go cruising in-I brought it there for repairs! Anyway, they only fixed the temp control thing which works great now, but everything I complained about was still there as I was driving off the lot! I told him I would be back when it was completely broken! So once again, another sad mitsu warranty story!
