I couldn't believe it. I was bored so I was just watching some videos on Streetfire when I decided to type in the name of the track I go to "Edgewater" near Cincinnati, OH.

I saw this Rx7 with a V-8 swap that looked familiar so I clicked on the video and low and behold, he was racing me. I about crapped. After watching the video I decided to read the comments. Interesting but some typical flames back and forth as you’d expect. Anyways, I remember chatting with this guy at the track. He's a pretty nice guy. He hasn't really done anything to the engine yet so there's a lot of potential. But in one of his comments he said my car was pretty maxed out. Agreed but maxed out only on the 20g-9. Heck, I’m still on stock internals. We’ll have to remedy this soon. Green turbo & tune, here I come.

i went 120 with meth intake exhaust ebc fmic... u have a better turbo so im sure theres more kick there...
now if you were on 93, that would be pretty impressive

 

I know there is. My best time is 11.7 but my best mph is 119.3. I just suck at driving. I know the car could do an 11.5 with a better driver.

I wish I had a 9! I would have saved a lot more money on mods, meaning I wouldn't have needed as many to do what your doing. (Based on trap speed)

 

That LS1 Powered RX7 ran a nice 11.9 @ 118mph. But, you ran some dam nice numbers you're self!!!

lol @ him saying the evo is maxed out on stock internals, yea on your current setup but were talking a 20g a terrific street turbo if i say myself, send him a link to some larger turbo runs or buschur's 8 second monster
