Looky what I did! Translated the APEXI POWER INTAKE INSTRUCTIONS TO ENGLISH

Yup, and it's about time someone did it. I recently bought this intake and the instructions are terrible. It can't be read as it is in Japanese and even if you could read Japanese the print is terrible, the pictures are VERY small and VERY vague.

I blew them up, added lines to which bolt needs to be installed and where. Even pointed out where the brackets go and how they line up. This kit comes with MANY MANY bolts and you can match them up easily from the instructions.

I agree that it still looks overly complicated for a filter and it IS, but APEXi had to make it brain surgery with their non-English instructions.

1st thing to do is match up ALL the bolts to the paper, make sure you have them all and the proper number of them. Each bolt has a specific size and job and is used accordingly. You even reuse OEM bolts for a mounting bracket which is still poorly shown. I hope that this helps you guys.

Enjoy.

The APEXi unit is a GREAT intake and is designed to be run with the OEM MAF on a CT9A, so one would expect to be able to install the thing properly.
