Nevermind got it.

Red Line Friction Modifier and Break-In Additives

Smooth operation for your clucth-type limited slips.

Red Line differential friction modifier and break-in additives can be added to any gear oil to replace the manufacturer's limited-slip additives. They are ideal to tune a limited-slip unit.

Mitsubishi has its own factory friction modifier available. I assume you already knew that.

You don't need to add anything unless you are having a problem with the diff. By a problem I mean chattering or a loud snap sound when turning.

I know. You get that when you put Heavy Shock Proof in the rear diff, so AMS advised me to add 1.5 ounces of friction-modifier.

Pardon, you need it.

Just so others know, friction modifier is really friction reducer. What you would be doing if you WERE NOT having problems is reducing the LSD action.
