Putting customer service into perspective....
Still, 6 NEW customers a day isn't bad.
Yes, this post is NOT about the actual invoices, this is individual customers.
If you figure there are 52 weeks in a year and we work 5 of those days per week that's 260 working days (forget holidays). 2001-2007, 6 years, that's 1560 working days. 14,500 customers entered in the database. That works out to 9.3 new customers entered into the computer per day. Wow.

Keeping a small company healthy takes lots of effort. I along with 99% of the people on EvoM hope that you continue to prosper, because if you do well then the EVO community will also being doing well and be healthy.

Plans for the immediate future...............nothing major. Right now we are concentrating pretty hard on Subaru's actually, which has no business or interest on these forums. Problem is there are 50 times more Subaru's out there than EVO's, so the potential for sales are much higher. Business is good in both the EVO and Subaru world.
I have no intentions of hiring anyone else, adding on or expanding. We have enough room to squeeze by each day, so we make due. I surely don't need more overhead. Everyday some new shop pops up with empty promises and everyday someone buys from that shop. It is less money to keep good shops around. Ends up leaving a pile of junk *** EVO's in it's wake, I get to see more and more of them each day. It's getting funny as the EVO's are turning into DSM's, the majority of the DSM's have become scrap metal and I see a lot of EVO's going the same route.............sorry, getting off topic.
As for the EVO's we are working on some cool stuff that I hope to be talking about and testing in the upcoming months, if not sooner.
Should be a lot of fast stuff popping up too, I know we have been turning out 550+ whp EVO's like mad lately.
My future is working unless one of you guys want to buy me out. haha
