Putting customer service into perspective....

Everyone has a story to tell, good or bad about a shop.

Here is something interesting to put into perspective.

Today our Quickbooks (program for making invoices) locked up. It says it cannot accept any more customers in the database.

The limit to the customers that it will accept is 14,500. So, we bought the program in 2001 and since then have sold to 14,500 SEPERATE people, that is not completed sales, that is individual people. Some of them have placed 50 orders each.

The next time you hear someone say they had a bad experience with Buschur Racing, please keep in mind how much business we actually do. Keep in mind we have been dealing with DSM's/EVO's since 1989 and that these records only go back to 2001.

The occasional pissed of guy is bound to happen no matter how hard someone tries.

The amount of people is staggering, even to me.

I am definitely one of the 14,500.

Who else is?

If everyone answers this thread will be like 2000 pages long.

We didn't contact Quickbooks. Nick was working on going through the database and physically removing customers who haven't bought from us since 2001-2002.

Many people come and go of course, no longer have their cars and such.

It blows my mind that there have been that many people.............

These are all individual customers, as I said, not actual orders, that is MANY more.

Thinking of orders I remember a few years back we kept getting into the 80 package range per day that we were shipping daily. I told the guys at the shop the day we broke 100 packages in one day I'd pay everyone a $100. I ended up loosing a few hundred dollars Never thought we'd ship that many packages out in one single day.

Hopefully you guys continue to grow as a shop, keep up the good work.

When it comes to DSM's and Evo's your the best shop in the country IMO.

Good luck cracking into the Scooby market, and soon enough I'm sure you'll be at the top of that world as well.

My name is Chemwarrior and I'm a Buschuraholic. It's been two months since I last bought anything from Buschur, but I find the temptation too strong. I think I need an intervention.
