Hey i notice alot of evo guys have "12 second evo club" or "11 second evo club" avatars. I'm wondering where they found them at. I checked the user CP and edit avatar but i didnt find the evo clubs. Is there a website??? And is there One for ralliarts??

I think its about time to have 13 second and 12 second ralliart clubs.
