His Evo was traping around 110-112 mph with a 12.3-12.4 ET and a 1.7X 60ft. This was just with TBE, drop in filter, and AMS dynotune which seems typical for a IX. With the cams and meth he is hoping for mid to high 11s. And after I drove the car alittle bit it doesn't seem like he will have a problem getting there.

Now a LSX Heads/Cam f-body can net low 11s to high 10s at like 115 to 120mph, but its alittle harder for a GTO because of weight and independent rear suspension (especially in a manual trans car). If you put a GTO on a diet (hate to ruin such a nice interior) and modify the rear end it can be just as capible as a f-body with equal mods. But enough about GTOs and f-bodies.

Stock for stock, LS2 Goats will take out an Evo no question. C5s shouldn't have much of an issue either.

This is assuming equal drivers, of course

For 2 years we have both competing in a power struggle on who is quiker. I was winning (by a very slim margin) until recently before this meth stuff was put in his car. I won't even try to race him anymore. Major props to you meth users!
Yeah, running from the police would work for about 15minutes, then being a turbo car, heat would cause something to go, and then you would roll to a stop.

-Bolt-on on pump gas IXs are capible of low 12s to high 11s.
-Bolt-on GTOs with drag radials generally can go mid to low 12s (I think on some rare occasions there have been a few auto/stalled GTOs with minimal mods in the high 11s)

Things get hairy after bolt-ons I would think. Lots of different ways you can make either car get into the low 11s to high 10s. Some ways are cheaper than others. I would guess you wouldn't need any more than 5 grand to do it on either car after bolt-ons.

You could run from the cops, just make sure you can go 175 like "gone in 60 sec", so you beat the helicopter. Then create a miracle accident on the bridge with a transport truck, and your good to go. If all fails, go save a cop .

Robbing a bank is a bad idea, the Evo would definitely probably get banged up a little in the process (getting rammed by police cruisers, police barricades, bullet holes, etc.), wouldn't be good for the paint =)
