Ready to rob a bank!!!

Man, have any of you guys considered robbing a bank with yer Evo? My brother just had meth installed on his IX and OMG! I would have never thought a 2.0L could put out 400lbs of tq from so few mods. How could anyone catch you? Its like a sport bike on 4 wheels.
For 2 years we have both competing in a power struggle on who is quiker. I was winning (by a very slim margin) until recently before this meth stuff was put in his car. I won't even try to race him anymore. Major props to you meth users!

Bolt-ons, very mild head/cam, rear gear. He has the typical Evo bolt-ons, GSC S1 cams, and obviously meth injection.

He is a bad driver if you are beating him stock to stock. I beat a crap load of gto's modded or stock with just a turbo back.

I think the overall concensus in the tuning world is that if it doesn't involve pulling heads or popping a valve cover then it would be considered a bolt-on. Unless ofcourse its some major turbo swap or supercharging a motor that didn't originally have one.
But you are right, most bolt-ons take longer than 30 minutes for the average Joe. Sh$t, a cold air intake on some cars can take 2-3 hours to install.

To me bolt on means I don't have to start the lathe or get out my welding gloves..

You're funny man. Robbing a bank with an Evo ? That's a worst thing to do. I'm pretty sure the Evo isn't a really hard car to spot on the street. No matter how much hp you have and how fast you are. You could never beat a POLICE RADIO. OWNED !
