Need your imput before i spend all my money

Ive listed my current set up on my evo 9 along with the new parts i plan to buy at the end of the week. I want to know what you guys think regarding the parts and also how much power you think i will put down on 93 octaine, no alk or meth injection. I am also trying to figure out about how much boost i will be able to safely run on the new set up (i think i could go up to 23psi and be safe) Im getting my car ready for a evo green turbo hopefully to be put in by july.

Current mods-Buschur 3 inch down pipe
-Buschur high flow cat
-Bushur 3inch cat back
-Bushur MAF cone filter
-MBC at 21psi
-Mail in Flash by Al

made 307whp 304ft lbs

Ordering at the end of the week when i get paid
-Buschur upper intercooler pipe
-Buschur Delux intercooler and lower intercooler pipe
-Bushur Tubular o2 housing
-GSC S1 cams
-GSC valve springs with cromo retainers
-ARP headstuds

I'm planning on basically the same stuff. Do you have a fuel pump yet? If not, then add that to the list for sure. I was also going to do a ported/coated exhaust manifold... see if Buschur recommends that since that is the majority of your parts.

I believe you don't need the springs and retainers on your current setup. You would need a Fuel Pump, maybe a mini battery kit, and you should be good after that. With the stuff your gonna add which would gain power are just the cams & FMIC, probably 330-350 whp. That cat is killing you.

yea, id recommend getting a pump also, and if you have a good tuner locally id go for a custom tune after you install your cams and ditch the mail in.

You will probably be in the 360-385 whp range (dynojet) depending on who tunes it. I recommend Jestr

I would really like to run a test pipe i just dont want my car to be too loud under normal driving. I bet with the cams and new front mount set up my car would gain alot from a test pipe

Porting+Coating the stock manifold would add a few more ponies.

You would make at least 15-20 whp by running the test pipe as opposed to the cat with your new mods and tune.

DONT GET AN O2 housing.. complete waste of money. doesnt do anything unless you have a bigger turbo. and even then it still isnt worth the money

I doubt it. On the dyno he is on he made just over 300hp-300tq with basic bolt-ons. Unless he runs race gas or meth will he won't see those #s on the same dyno. I will give him a max of 30hp and 30tq over what he has with those mods on the same dyno.
And I understand you want to do the I/C, bolts, and pump for the future prospect of adding a green turbo, but I'd leave those out till you actually get the turbo. Horsepower/torque or the prospect of running safer shouldn't change with or without those items till the bigger turbo is in.

BTW, leave the o2 housing out of it also. The housing will make power but not enough to justify going in twice for labor whether you do it yerself or not.

i think you should make at least 330whp with the mods you have listed, get rid of the cat and pick up an extra 15 or so whp and port your stock mani for $150 from buschur and pick up another 10ish whp
