Go Fast Bitz BOV Review
I know, I know, dual vent is bad for Evo's. I want to run meth soon, so I needed one to hold plenty of boost, and this one does. Up to 100psi according to their site. I followed the exact Works recommendations on setting it up, and it works great. I immediately noticed it held boost better than my stock plastic DV. No real proof on that yet though. But for you out there that want the sound, this valve must be the best for the Evo. Direct bolt on, and very loud even when recirculating even 75%. It's loud even at low boost, like 5psi. If your at full boost, you can make people jump on the side of the street. I've now realized this noise is not for me, and I like this valve because it is easy to set to recirculate 100%. So, it works great as a fully recirculating DV for the Evo if you want it to. I have to admit though, I do like the sound sometimes. This is my first turbo car, and when hitting country roads with the windows down, it's a nice sound when shifting fast. I know I'm running rich between shifts, but I don't go to the track and could care less about losing a half-second on my 1/4 mile time.
Pro's: Gives the sound alot people are looking for, Can still be set to recirculate, and holds boost great. No driveability problems for me.
Cons: Expensive, you will run rich between shifts, and people on this site will rag on you for having it.
Conclusion: If you want to VTA some, get this one. As far as I know , it's the only dual-port available you can set to fully recirculate if you dont like the sound or it causes a problem. I just wanted to write this up, because when I searched before I bought it, I couldn't find anything. Hope this helps anyone in their decision on an upgrading their BOV. Oh, and chicks dig it. They have no idea what it is, but they like it. Even though I have one, I would still only recommend the IX DV if your running less than 26psi.

Your not going to lose a half second in the 1/4 and I don't think it will effect WOT performance. I think you'll be rich in btw. shifts?
Good review, the plastic dvs have known to leak >20 psi so I'm sure you'll have the added benefit of holding more boost.
