Your acting like what you did is no big deal !! You realize what you have done and what you tried to do is against the law and can earn you REAL jail time. This is no joke, if i where you i would take this as seriously as possible and pay everyone back and pray they don't press charges!

 

Get your money back AND press charges. This guy sounds like he's a couple floats short of a parade. Nothing says "OK I get it now" like a criminal record and a lawyer's bill.

 

Demand letters from lawyers work wonders, trust me.

i purchased the aem and buschur uicp with tial bov off him over a month and a half ago through paypal and i still dont have any parts he tells me that he shipped the bov an uicp but it never came and that he has my money but he wont give it back. my car is just sitting here as i need those parts to finish it. so there is like 4 of us who have issues whats evo m gonna do about this guy?????????????????? we want our money back STAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

 

first off, you never gave me your address. i had to find it out for myself. this is the second time you have called me a "moron". i would suggest that you treat the members of this board with a little more respect considering you have commited a felony numerous times with the members here. i was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt after i had a phone conversation with charles today, but i guess you have given me no choice but to press charges.....moron!!!!!

 

one other thing. if you think i'm joking, why don't you call Ptl. Tim Burgess at the University Heights Police Department in University Heights, Ohio. his number is 216-932-1800. i'm sure he would love to hear what you have to say about this matter.

You guys really should not be discussing an ongoing active investigation online...

Its one thing to post information for people to be able to contact the proper authorities, but you can't discuss details.

Its also unwise for the person involved to be posting AT ALL in this thread.

 

jack, i don't see any sensitive information that hurts anybody. Maybe your seeing something I missed, but hopefully this tread could raise awareness of paypal's uselessness and the dangers associated with online classifieds.
