still no money back charles told me to wait to the end of this week and he would refund us both ken but here it is thursday already and nothing he doesnt even answer any calls anymore a true sign now that he is guilty and trying to hide. Everything is a lie with him charles do something man.

 

Not the end of the week, and I did not say full refund...I said progress. He has told me he does not have all the money to give by friday, so I told him something significant to get things going in the right direction. He has till the end of tomorrow if he wants to remain on evoM with our mediation help.

 

i dont think he cares if he remains on evom he did this just to scam money out of us so he could get ahead he has no concerns for evom and if he gets booted off here then he is just going to go to another forum and do the same thing. Charles ill let you know tomorrow night if he has refunded me anything.

 

he finally made a $300 payment which cleared a couple days ago. i doubt he will get me the other $300 by tomorrow. i am not giving him any more time.......

He told me a couple days ago that his paypal account went negative and they took the remaining money for you. I think they took the full 600, and the 300 he refunded you was seperate. This does show at least a willingness to do somethign. If he were a straight scammer, why would he give back anything? That said, he still ahs to do something for the other two by tomorrow

Also, the guy that claimed he got scammed for cams admited that he was mistaken and was refering to an ebay purchase

 

You my friend have a great deal of patience. I would have taken a trip to where he resides. Especially if I have his address. Money is not easy to come by nowdays!

 

Time is up, and he was unable to meet our deal, so his account was removed. He still states he will make good on this and understands. With this, my/our evolvment is out.
