I'm curious about this as well. What are some good specs for alignment, non-autoX use, but still delivering the outstanding handling the car is capable of?

Front Camber : -1 deg
Front Caster: stock ~ +3 deg.
Front Toe: 0 deg.
Rear: -0.6 deg
Rear Toe: just a tad less than stock (~ +1.5 deg)
Also, when they do the alignment, make sure you sit in the car or they have a weight equivalent of you in the drivers seat. Otherwise, the settings will be off the second you jump into the car.
And yes, 180Lbs addition to one side of the car will change your aligment.
It is interesting to see all the high mileage you guys are putting on your cars. I got my car at the end of March, first buyer at my dealer, and I have about 1200 miles. I did however go away on vacation for 3 weeks. Then again I don't drive it everyday and I usually get rides to work or take the train. My 1991 Eclipse GSX had only 70,000 when I traded it.
