My act clutch some how broke in my trany.any way im going with another clutch i want to go with the act street disc, but the mechaninic is saying im making to much power for that,(370)but i dont like the jerkiness of the 6 puck.so my question is can i get away with the street set up?I realy dont want to much of an agressive clutch it is my only car.and im never going to bring it to the track...thanks...

Some people posted saying they are running the same thing and is doing great with their mods and whatnot. I think for under 500hp cars it's a good choice. But I'm sure actman can give you alot more insights into the ACT combos they have.

Im rockin 385whp with the ACT street disc.. It's awesome, drives like stock.. I believe I have about 30K miles on it.. Still working great!! Ur mechanic is full of schit!! I've always used the ACT for all my higher powered DSM's as well...

 

i have the act 2600 (extreme) its the street disc with heavy pressure plate, and it works good with my set up

 

I have the ACT 2600 and it works perfect. I do get a bit more drive train noise after I installed it but other than that I love it.
