LICP not as important on IX?

i think its worth it ,not power wise but faster spool up, better flow vs stock. Get a fuel pump and flash too.
i have NISEI for $140 very good unit overal.

Exactly.

I have the Buschur piece on mine, and I definitely thinks it makes a noticeable difference in throttle response and spool time. I can't say whether it makes any difference in the total amount of power the car makes (I just had my first dyno tune and all the mods were on the car when I had it done), but I wouldn't be surprised if I got a few ponies out of it.

So while I wouldn't recommend it as the first mod people do (MBC, TBE and a tune would be my suggestion there), I do think a quality LICP is a good investment.

thanks guys im at work and didnt have time to check except for gruppe s and lancershop. where did you guys pick up the nisei??? also is it hoses or an aluminum hardpipe like ams?? thanks.

just installed the extreme turbo system's (ETS) IC pipe kit and the butt dyno is satisfied... great guys over there and the pipes are awesome!!

nisei is hard pipes.....very good company, i would buy their stuff. i think a LICP is a LICP, whoever you go with, its gonna be the same.

actually i disagree w/ the opinion of no noticable gain. when i did my lower and upper IC pipe together, i felt a quicker spool up/throttle response. (full nisei ic pipe kit)

I use the AMS...........it's a quicker spool..........every little part helps to working your way up to more and more power.
