it depends, i personally dont think you will hit it because i had your mods plus an intercooler and intercooler piping and no cat and i only got like 304 whp here are my dyno graphs. it all depends on what kind of dyno, who tunes it, what gas more than anything though. for example i know a friend with an evo ix that on one dyno made 324 whp then added a 20glt o2 housing and injectors, got it retuned on a different dyno and made 312 whp

You should be very close to 300 on a dynojet.

I made 325-327 on a Dynojet with the mods in my sig

I think 300whp with those mods is very reachable. i made 308 on a dynojet with the same mods, except for the fact that i had no downpipe, or megan housing.

Hehe, my stock clutch lasted to about 44k with those mods...budget for a clutch as fast as you can.

I approve of those mods.

However, you shouldn't say you expect AT LEAST 300whp. I would say AT MOST 300whp, because you're using a hi-flow cat and the more restrictive (quieter) muffler. That won't make as much power as the BR TBE w/test pipe and Bullet muffler. Your o2 housing might help make up that difference, which would put you right back around the 300whp mark.
