Oh and not to mention you got the car from auction, that means more than likely that the car was a repo and by looking at the pic the guy had time to strip all of his mods off of the car before it got taken. ie the motor mount and MBC. Since the guy knew the car was getting repoed and had time to take all of those things off that also means he had time to give that car complete hell before they came and got it. good luck. Oh and if you live near me you can hire me to do the work for you.

Looks like it had some sort of boost controller fitted, that's been removed.

Yeah, you really should go check these cars out before bidding on them. I'm actually looking for an evo too at auctions and i saw on that looked fine, just some slight front and rear damage but when i go there the top of the rear 1/4 panel was crushed, the trim inside was crushed, the headliner needed to be replace, and worst of all the roof was crinkled and there was a hole the size of a fork lift fork..... this was all not noticeable in the pictures
p.s. i think ive seen that picyure in an auction listing recently. you in the s.f. cali area?
