Alright im new to turbo cars so bare with me here. If say my evo is has a standard boost of 9.5, and then i installed a boost controler, is it possible to turn the boost right down so that im barely using the turbo?? which in turn means when i pop into town to go to the gym or wateva im not wasting excess amounts of fuel?

you could turn down the boost...but only to what your wastegate is set at

no idea what wastegate boost psi is in an evo 4 though
