ok guys..i need to know who is seriously thinking about going..we can only take 20-30 people since we are renting a bus the whole time we are there..and it is the most busiest season for airlines. I will be putting up price tomorrow noon with all the details. There is a package A for Super Battle at Tsukuba circuit in dec. Package B for Tokyo Auto Salon or Package C for both. Package A for Tsukuba Super Battle
Leaving Dec 4-coming back on Dec 11th. Note that any east coast guys will be flying in on the 3rd and will be flying out with us on the 4th. Hotel is on us that night near LAX. Price from California is $2675.00 Price from East coast would be $3000. East Coast customers will have to fly into LAX and airfare is included.
This prices include roundtrip airfare, hotels at shinagawa prince hotel in tokyo, vip passes to the event, present from tarzan, all transportation including train and bus and 1 nice meal on J-ondemand.

Package B for Tokyo Auto Salon leaving Jan 7th-Jan 13. Again east coast customers will be flying in on the 6th to Los Angeles. and a hotel stay near LAX is included. Price from california would be $2750(highest season for airfare even with group discount) and East Coast customers would be $3150. This includes all round trip airfare, Hotel at APA Makuhari Prince Hotel(30 steps away from TAS), Hotel at Shinagawa Prince Hotel, all transportation and 1 complimentary meal on J-ondemand.

I know its kinda pricey but keep in mind that you are going to the most expensive city in the world. Our hotel we always stay at is a highly ranked hotel in Tokyo. We will be going on bullet train as well to visit WELD, GarageHRS, Topsecret, and many more.

We have 8 confirmed already and will be accepting deposits from today. We will be flying with Singapore Airline, as you know this is the best airline to take. The #1 service airline and young hot stewardess.

haha Im a og in this industry. I go way back with those guys. Ya well we do have 2 bed in each room. but if you want your own room. its about $180 a night with a double bed. I usually get the Double bed by myself for privacy. so its up to you what you want.
