Here are the price:
Package A for Tsukuba Super Battle
Leaving Dec 4-coming back on Dec 11th. Note that any east coast guys will be flying in on the 3rd and will be flying out with us on the 4th. Hotel is on us that night near LAX. Price from California is $2675.00 Price from East coast would be $3000. East Coast customers will have to fly into LAX and airfare is included.
This prices include roundtrip airfare, hotels at shinagawa prince hotel in tokyo, vip passes to the event, present from tarzan, all transportation including train and bus and 1 nice meal on J-ondemand.
Package B for Tokyo Auto Salon leaving Jan 7th-Jan 13. Again east coast customers will be flying in on the 6th to Los Angeles. and a hotel stay near LAX is included. Price from california would be $2750(highest season for airfare even with group discount) and East Coast customers would be $3150. This includes all round trip airfare, Hotel at APA Makuhari Prince Hotel(30 steps away from TAS), Hotel at Shinagawa Prince Hotel, all transportation and 1 complimentary meal on J-ondemand.
I know its kinda pricey but keep in mind that you are going to the most expensive city in the world. Our hotel we always stay at is a highly ranked hotel in Tokyo. We will be going on bullet train as well to visit WELD, GarageHRS, Topsecret, and many more.
We have 8 confirmed already and will be accepting deposits from today. We will be flying with Singapore Airline, as you know this is the best airline to take. The #1 service airline and young hot stewardess.
We guarantee you will have a Blast.
FYI: Our beautiful Lisa Kim Fleming and Jeri Lee will be on this tour for your guide =D

Very Interested, I was going to go to japan around that time with 3 of my friends except we would not know anyone. Please give me some info on this.

THE biggest Japanese aftermarket convention EVER!!...Every year at Tokyo Auto Salon, new parts are introduced from the top manufacturers for the first time...This means that all the parts that are currently being developed are finalized and ready for sale in the next quarter...If you want a glimpse of the newest parts and innovations of next year, you definitely need to contact Hiro...Anyone who has traveled internationally can vouch for how great of a deal this truly is...
Flying halfway across the world to stay in a foreign country with foreign languages is a scary ordeal...When traveling out of the country, you should have many fears: you have no idea when you are getting scammed, you never know where the best places are, you never know the best/fastest way to get places, ect...Fortunately, traveling with J-oD should alleviate many of your concerns...I signed up early, and I am surprised that there are actually remaining spots...Hiro has already made arrangements for hotel accommodations literally 30 steps from the convention, travel in Tokyo has been taken care of via charter buses, there are several Japanese-speaking guides in our group (I believe Hiro said 8 total), and you are flying on one of the nicest airlines available...Furthermore, we are going on tours of shops not normally open to the public...It always amazes me how such high-quality parts are made in such small facilities...This experience will last much longer than any of the car parts you are thinking of buying and most-likely be more meaningful...Sorry to campaign for this trip so much, but I really want to make sure I can reach anyone who is questioning how great of a trip this will truly be...Hiro can be reached online via AIM, his s/n is JonDemandHiro...Please direct any questions you have to Hiro personally, I am sure he can fill you in on all the wonderful things he has planned for this vacation.
